Friendly staff, close to Komoro Castle ruins, proximity to train station, onsen inside the building.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city's main attractions and public transportation. The onsen inside the building is a nice way to relax after a busy day of sightseeing.
The rooms were in a poor state with stains, mold, and fungus on the walls. The smell of smoke in some rooms was unbearable.

The proximity to the ruins of an old castle and the train station were excellent. the on-site hot springs were a nice perk.
The room was not suitable for guest occupancy. It was old and unmaintained with stains and smells emanating from every corner, and there were even spiders lurking within.
